      I contacted dell on behalf of Sharon last night after she tried her polite ways of finding out why her comp that she ordered had not shipped on time after she ordered fast track and paid for upgraded shipping to make sure she got it on Wednesday.....what I got was a bunch of no info and rude support from another country. I was told it was guaranteed to be here Wednesday by an employee, ( i have his employee number) an his supervisor guaranteed it also ( i have his employee number) ......guess what, it is not here!!!!!! will not be here !!!!!! after they told me they could not upgrade the shipping, they could not get info on where it will ship from, they would not tell me anything. I have never talked with people from any company that were as rude, vague and non-caring as Dell employees were. They totally screwed up this order!!!!! And would not fix it. I am gonna make sure from now on Sharon gets her stuff from Tiger Direct, Microcenter and Newegg from now on. I have dealt with them and never got this kind of treatment. I am a business owner and never, never, never would treat a customer as they have treated Sharon.

      ok after my last post about still not hearing from anyone I got a phone call. Of course the lady was no help at all. I am convinced that Dell just has no idea what customer service means...Taking care of your customers, their needs and desires in a professional and courteous manner. She did say she would refund my shipping (thank god because that's what i have been so upset about) I then proceeded to tell her that I have no confidence in the company or the computer that I am getting and I would not be spending anymore money with them. She proceeded to hang up on me. Mind you, I am at my business and did not raise my voice, curse etc...Yup, that's customer service at it's best!!!
